The position is a part of the Enterprise Risk Management initiative, increasing investment in and attention to risk management, compliance and oversight to better identify, mitigate and respond to important risks in operations. Provide support on annual program budget development and create cost libraries to advise program budgets
Ensuring guest queries are replied to within 24 working hours.
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies;
Experience working with multi-lateral donors and private foundations.
Support with end-to-end client engagement acceptance processes, new audit client set up and checks.
Monitoring of the monthly standard journals and updating of recurrent expenditure of the organization.
Generating of clients’ invoices and for prompt dispatch;
Ensuring that field teams are receiving timely payments and addressing the bottlenecks affecting payments
Ensure the creditors account is reconciled monthly and statements sent out by 5th every month
Serve as a liaison between the organization and the funders.
